Didn't get too much done, unfortunately. For the four interests I have written up, I still need to fill in approximately 20-35 scenes, which was actually less than I thought. I think once I get all four of them down to 15-20, I can start counting.
I know I have one subplot for Nobuhisa - him having to teach his son and how that mirrors how he reacts to his subordinates. I'd like to work in a plot for Sugimura Rashou, but there isn't enough time before he's offed. I might want to move the Seto Affair forward by five to ten days.
I also have a subplot for Jiemon - after he dismisses Kaneru from service, if your Interest rating is high enough by a certain point, he invites you to visit him on a personal basis, so I'm filling in minor scenes where they play go, discuss war, and banter on about saucy historical novels.

I'm just going to post the results of today's work. It's mostly to get me to zoom out a little bit and think things from outside angles, so if you are reading this, I will probably be using terms that are as of yet known only to me. Please ask me about anything that you would like to know about.
Today I worked on the 'plot skeletons' for two of the interests. I still have to try and figure out how to fill 50-60 scenes for all of them. I was able to get the major scenes for Nobuhisa in and fill in some of the minor scenes for Jiemon, but since they're the characters for whom I have the least-developed arcs, there's still a lot of empty space, especially between the Seto Affair and Departure, which is approximately the last half of the story. Jiemon needs a subplot or two for the last half of the story to help him build Personal Values, and Nobuhisa certainly needs one for the first half and at least one (preferably two) for the second half.
Tomorrow I may synthesize the four skeletons to start getting a better idea of where everybody is in terms of numbers of major scenes, minor scenes, etc. in preparation for setting up the relative point worth of each scene. I would certainly also like to fill in more scenes for all four skeletons.
